Our Mystery Customers are rewarded for visiting our client businesses posing as real customers, to perform independent assessments of their facilities, staff and customer service standards.

No formal qualifications are necessary to become a Mystery Customer. However, a keen eye for detail and the ability to differentiate good service from bad is an absolute requirement.

Our Mystery Customers also need to be thorough, reliable and objective.

Before each assignment, you will be provided with specific instructions on what to do on your visit. Afterwards, you simply complete an online report about your experience.

Businesses use the information you gather to evaluate their performance and highlight possible areas for improvement. By acting on the information you provide, our clients can gain a genuine advantage over their competition.

Information about being a mystery customer -

  • Our Mystery Customer program operates in all states and territories in Australia.
  • Shoppers perform their mystery visits as contractors. A shopper is never our direct employee;
  • To assist in community safety, we employ a strict policy of not mixing alcohol and driving motor vehicles;
  • We are always looking for prospective new client venues - feel free to suggest a venue in your area that you think might be a good opportunity - spotters fees are also payable on successful sign-up by us of a new client as a result of a referral;
