Any queries about your shopper allocations must be submitted by email to admin@mysterycustomer.com.au. We guarantee we will respond to you within 48 hours of you lodging your enquiry.

Once we have set you up in our mystery shopper portal we will send you some more handy instructions that will help you enter your results. Note – please be patient in waiting for us to allocate shopper checks to you. Be assured we have your details. You may want to check your spam filter (if you have one) in case our emails to you have been sent there.
