- How long does each assignment take?
- Assignments will vary in time - the longer the visit, the more you are likely to be rewarded. You need to spend enough time at the venue to be able to complete the report to the required standard. There is no need to visit the venue for a phone check.

- How do I submit my reports?
- Once you have completed your Mystery Customer assignment, you can submit your report on our website. Log onto www.mysterycustomer.com.au, enter your username and password and select the report from your inbox. Fill out the questions with as much detail as possible. All fields MUST be entered. Proof-read your report and press 'submit'.

- Who will supervise my work?
- All Mystery Customer reports are scrutinised by our trained staff. If details are missing or need to be clarified on your report, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. If you have any Mystery Customer problems or questions, you can contact admin@mysterycustomer.com.au or call 1300 601 234.

- What is required to become a Mystery Customer?
- No formal qualifications are needed to become a Mystery Customer. However, a keen eye for detail and the ability to differentiate good service from bad are requirements. You must have access to transport to be able to get to the venue, be contactable via telephone and have internet access.

- What do I need to do look out for on my visits?
- All Customers must be able to clearly follow the instructions provided, remember what is said to them on their visit and be able to recall details about their experience. Our Customers need to be able to critically and clearly communicate their experience in their reports.

- How will I receive my assignments?
- Mystery Customer Pty Ltd is a web-based business and we use our website and e-mails as the primary means for communicating with our Mystery Customers. Assignments are emailed to our customers and reports must be completed online.

- How do I apply to become a Mystery Customer with Mystery Customer Pty Ltd?
- Simply complete our online form! Don't worry if you don't hear from us immediately - your details will remain on file for 12 months. You will need to ensure you complete the 'Certifications', as only shoppers who have completed these to a satisfactory standard will be considered for job opportunities. Job opportunities will be E-mailed to your specified Email account, and also posted on the job board in your Mystery Customer account.

- What if I can't complete an assignment?
- If there are circumstances that prevent you from conducting the assignment within the specified time frame or from lodging your report within 24 hours, you must e-mail admin@mysterycustomer.com.au immediately or call 1300 601 234.

- How much do I get paid?
- Fees and other benefits vary depending on the assignment requirements. What you will receive will be advised to you prior to each assignment.

- How do I get paid?
- We pay fees directly into your nominated bank account. Please ensure your bank account details have been entered into your profile and are up-to-date. GST Registered shoppers MUST submit a tax invoice at the end of each calender month for payment. The invoice can be emailed to accounts@mysterycustomer.com.au. Shoppers who are NOT GST registered are NOT required to send an invoice for payment.

- Will I be working as an employee or a contractor?
- Anyone undertaking visits with Mystery Customer Pty Ltd does so as a contractor, never as our employee. You sign a contract with us acknowledging this prior to any assignments being issued.

- All user name & passwords are case sensitive (upper case letters and lower case letters are different). If you are still experiencing problems, e-mail admin@mysterycustomer.com.au

- Is spelling, grammar and punctuation important when completing my online report?
- The report that you complete online is the direct feedback given to our clients, and therefore spelling, grammar and punctuation are all very important. They are important for good presentation, and also to ensure our clients fully and correctly understand your feedback.
