What happens now?

You are ready for the third and final part of our mystery customer screening process! Thanks for sticking with us so far.

The final step is for you to complete a trial mystery customer visit. At this point in time, we allow you to choose a suitable venue. It could be a retail outlet, a cafe, an enterntainment venue, a public facility - virtually any place where customer service is important.

Once you have completed your trial mystery customer visit you can submit your test report by:

• going to the Shoppers section of this website and choosing the link to Step 3; or
• copying and pasting this link in to your browser to go to the final stage
