We recently wrote to you about how we were going to improve your Mystery Customer experience by becoming more user friendly for you, our mystery customers. Things like -

  • making it easier for you to enter your reports, including adding a spellchecker,
  • providing you with feedback on your reports so you know how we think you are doing,
  • letting you tell us how far you want to travel to jobs,
  • give you a wider range of jobs to choose from and to nominate yourself for jobs you would like to do,
  • improving how we reward you, with better jobs reserved for our loyal shoppers who do better quality reports.

For our clients, we also want to -

  • provide improved reporting of results,
  • better match our shoppers to our clients target customers,
  • allow reporting to different levels within our clients' organisations.

We are also offering some great prizes simply for enrolling your details in our new software portal!

How to Win Prizes?

To win prizes, all you have to do is
log-in to our new portal and re-enter your personal details.

Each of our existing mystery customers who enrol in our new system during September 2009, will be entered in the draw for weekly cash prizes of $100 just for doing so.

The earlier you enrol, the more chances you get - and you can win more than once!

You will have better than a 1 in 100 chance of winning a weekly prize, even if all our shoppers enter the draw. So the odds of winning are good!

Why Do I Have To Re-Register?

The reason we are getting you to start afresh is to ensure all the information we have about our mystery customers is up-to-date and accurate and we only have people on our database who still want to be our mystery customers.

Apart from having the chance to win cash prizes by re-entering your details, you won't need to requalify yourself as one of our trained mystery customers under the new system. We will automatically mark you as having completed our training once you enrol.

As we start providing services to clients in new business areas, we will be using the new software, so you will have to be enrolled in it to be eligible to be considered for jobs with them.

How Do I Log Back In Later To Update My Details??

To return later to the new portal to update your details, you need to go to
www.mysterycustomerlogin.com.

What Information Are We After? Will It Be Kept Safe?

Some of the information required will be mandatory to be entered - basic but very important information such as your name, address, and the maximum distance you want to travel for jobs, etc.

Other information you can either enter now or later when you have more time, such as your bank details and tax status, but you will need to complete that information to be paid correctly, or to be offered jobs in the first place.

Finally, some information is optional and can be updated anytime, including specific demographic information important to our clients. Stuff we might ask could include things like -

  • whether you have a car and drivers licence,
  • whether you wear spectacles,
  • household income levels, etc.

Some information you might at this stage prefer to keep private, however adding as much detail as possible will allow you to be considered for the widest range of jobs.

We assure you of the confidentiality of your information always and that no identifying information about you will ever be shared.
