Mystery Customer Report Entry

 

To enter Mystery Customer Reports through the web, you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or a later version.  Reports can not be entered using Netscape, Safari or Google Chrome.

 

 

1.    Go to web page http://www.mysterycustomerlogin.com

2.    Click on 'login'

3.    Enter your Username and Password (both are case sensitive)

4.    Click 'Submit'

5.    Go to your inbox which lists your assigned surveys.

6.    Select the specified survey.

7.    Complete the report.  ALL questions must be answered.   

8.    Please enter as many comments as possible, even if the question is a ‘pass'.

9.    Double check your report for spelling, grammar, correct details etc. Click on 'check complete' to ensure all fields have been entered.

10. Once all areas are complete click 'Save Survey'

11. If all areas are completed you will be asked if you wish to submit – click 'OK'

12. If the form is not complete you will be prompted to return and complete.

13. If all else fails, ring Terry at Mystery Customer on 1300 60 12 34 or
0418 418015 and we will attempt to work you through it.
