Step 2 is where you learn about doing a mystery customer visit, and then answer a simple quiz to make sure you have remembered what you've learned.

In Step 3 the final task is to complete a trial mystery customer visit and submit the results. We can then determine if you have the necessary skills to join our team as a mystery shopper.
