Changes to our software

There are some key differences between our old and new system – so it’s important that you follow the instructions. You’ll need to check the due date of your survey – it’s no longer automatically the end of the month. And make sure you enter the time of your visit correctly – we’re using the 24 hour clock, so if your visit was at 6pm, you need to enter 18.00 and not 6.00.

What hasn’t changed is that you must always submit your survey within 24 hours of your visit. This means we can meet our commitment to clients of providing feedback within 48 hours of your visit.
