How do I find Mystery Customer jobs?

  • Once you have completed your initial training and trial shop, you will be able to log into our Mystery Customer portal.
  • From your home page, you can immediately access a wide variety of our easier jobs. Each time you complete a project, our team will provide you with feedback on the quality of your reports and reliability. They will also rate your performance.
  • Once you have proven yourself with consistent, quality reports you will be able to access more training modules, and bigger and better paid projects.
  • Our shoppers are also able to participate in paid market research exercises – mainly focus groups and in-depth interviews, which are run right around the country.
