Where are they located?
Mystery Customer has shoppers spread across the country. They live in all states and territories in urban, regional and remote locations. Our belief is that there is nowhere we cannot shop.
What age groups are represented?
Our youngest are eighteen and we have a number of shoppers well into their seventies. All age groups are well represented accordingly.
Can we draw shoppers from specific demographic groups?
Yes, you can nominate age, income, gender. We can also use our extensive data base to attract those with a particular trait or requirement.
How do you make sure that your shoppers perform?
We have robust training and validating protocols. Consequently, our validators check all surveys and mark them according to:
- relevance of the comments; and
- grammatical skills and promptness of response.
As a result, we know and quantify the skill set of each of our shoppers. On-line training modules allow them to brush up their skills if needed. Thus, our operations team will only assign a shopper to your job if we know they are up to the task.
What if I think that a survey has not been performed correctly or the shopper’s undercover status has been compromised?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While we strive to deliver perfect service every time, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Furthermore, if ever necessary, we will do another visit free of charge.
