What does the reporting output look like?

We know the value of reporting in a timely manner. We export surveys and reports to you as soon as our validators give the green light. Each survey contains the shopper’s answers and comments as well as an action plan that explains how the result can be improved.

We use a state-of-the-art system that provides in-depth but user-friendly reports via a live Client Portal.

The portal enables you to explore your customised dashboard, which in turn allows you to:

  • View past surveys;
  • See 12 standardised reports; and
  • Create your own roll up reports.

All reports can be exported in pdf or excel format.

Mystery Customer also offers Premium Reporting which allows us to interpret the data for you.
